1- All squad members should conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times. If you have a problem with a squad member do not enter into an argument but contact a higher member of staff who will mediate to resolve the matter. Disrespecting an officer will not be tolerated.All officers should ensure that they treat all members in a respectful manner.

2- The use of abusive language will not be tolerated at any time.

3- Squad tags(-16AAB-) are to be worn at all times to show a presence from the 16AAB.
Squad tags may only be taken off when it is necessery to do recce's on other server/TS or similiar. This may be done when a Snr rank has given his approval If you have any issues bring them up with the highest ranking officer available.

4- When participating with anything to do with the squad you should ensure that you are ALWAYS ON TEAMSPEAK AND CHECK ICQ REGULARLY.

5- You should have a regular attendance on training nights(sun,mon) and make as many tactical nights(tues,wed) as possible. On training and tactical nights you should be available from 19.30 to at least 22.30+.

6- When a higher rank gives an order it should be followed out to the letter

7- Whilst in game you should always use your primary role unless instructed to change by an officer or your 1IC. The 1IC shold ensure that his team is loaded out correctly(1 sniper 1 grenidier where applicable and dependant on numbers)and that any player has the appropriate qualification to use a specific weapon.

8 - RECRUITS.
All Recruits will be recruited as Basic Rifleman.
Basic Skills are importaint before trying to master other things. Only exception is during a training session where a DI/DS can issue specific gear.
At the end of Cadetship the CO of the intended Target regiment will assign them their new role depending on regimental requirements/vacancies.

9 - Snipers. The only Regiments that require Snipers are Para's & SAS. Any other regiment and you should never use a sniper rifle.
